Shipping policy

For most items on this site (apparel, drinkware, phone cases, mouse pads, greeting cards, some art prints, etc), the actual shipping is handled by the Print-On-Demand providers who supply the blank items and the printing services. We currently subscribe to the services of:


Printful, which is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, and Riga, Latvia. Their shipping policy can be found at https://www.printful.com/shipping


Awkward Styles, which is located in Santa Fe Springs, California, USA. Their shipping policy can be found at https://awkwardstyles.com/shipping


Regarding both of these providers, production time is typically 3-5 business days, with shipping times varying depending on the destination. They ship to most locations around the globe.


Digital downloads: Another product offered on this site is digital downloads. Regarding these, there is no physical item to ship; once the customer has gone through the payment process, they will receive an email with instructions on how to download the file to their computer.


Art prints: Some of the art prints offered here are actually stored and shipped from my home in Bethlehem, CT, USA. I can ship to anywhere around the globe.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible. Items shipped from my Bethlehem, CT location will be packed and sent out 1-3 business days at most. The print-on demand providers listed above typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during busy seasons as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, please reach out to us at zoeysgarage@charter.net. We will do everything we can to rectify the issue.

Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
